Rosewood Phnom Penh
The top fourteen floors of Vattanac Tower, with a bar cantilevered over the city

Rosewood occupies the upper fourteen floors of Vattanac Capital Tower, the tallest building in Phnom Penh, so every one of its 175 rooms and suites looks out over the Mekong, the Tonle Sap or the low colonial city below.
The interiors mix contemporary design with Khmer motifs and a serious art collection. Sora, the bar, projects out from the building's flank thirty-seven floors up and is the city's best sundowner. Sense, the spa, sits several floors below along with an infinity-edge pool.
The Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and National Museum are a short ride away, as are the sobering memorials at Tuol Sleng and Choeung Ek.
