Trisara
Independently owned pool villas stacked down a private cove on Phuket's northwest coast

Trisara sits on Phuket's northwestern shore, away from the island's busier southern beaches, on a wooded hillside that drops to its own small bay. Every villa and suite faces the Andaman Sea and has a private pool, with the larger residences adding kitchens and separate living pavilions.
The resort has stayed independent rather than joining a chain, and the tone is correspondingly unbranded — dark timber, generous terraces, and a long lawn running down to the water. PRU, its farm-to-table restaurant, has held Michelin recognition and sources heavily from the resort's own farm inland.
Beyond dining, the draw is privacy and proximity: the airport is a short drive north, so arrival is quick, but the setting feels remote. The spa occupies its own hillside pavilions, and boats run from the bay for fishing and island trips.
