Amanvari opened in August 2026 at Costa Palmas on Baja's East Cape, an hour or so north of the Los Cabos resort strip and on one of the few genuinely swimmable beaches on the peninsula. It is a small property by resort standards, with eighteen casitas arranged along the shore and estuary.
The programme leans on the surrounding landscape: diving at Cabo Pulmo, one of the healthiest reefs in the Sea of Cortez, sport fishing for roosterfish and tuna, riding through desert and estuary, and expeditions into the Sierra de la Laguna. The spa follows the group's usual template of long, unhurried treatments in generous rooms.
Because it is new, expect the East Cape's infrastructure to feel sparse compared with Cabo San Lucas. For most guests that is the point.
