Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa
Palladian grandeur in the Wicklow Mountains, facing the Sugar Loaf

Powerscourt Hotel occupies a Palladian-style building on the historic Powerscourt estate, with the conical Great Sugar Loaf filling the view from the front rooms and the famous terraced gardens a short walk away. Dublin and its airport are around forty minutes by car, which makes it an easy first or last night in Ireland.
The scale is resort rather than country house: two golf courses on the estate, a 30,000 square foot ESPA spa spread over several floors, a large pool with mountain views, and a range of restaurants and bars.
The surrounding Wicklow countryside is the real argument for staying, with Powerscourt Waterfall, Glendalough's monastic valley and the Sally Gap all within reach.
