Cycladic minimalism in the Parian hills, all lime plaster, shade and stone

Parīlio sits inland from Kolymbithres on Paros, a short drive from Naoussa, and belongs to the same Greek group behind several of the more thoughtful Cycladic openings of the past decade. The architecture is the draw: thick lime-plastered walls, deep shaded colonnades, local Parian stone and handmade furniture, arranged around courtyards that stay cool through the afternoon.
The centrepiece is a long pool with the site's original granite boulders left in place and built around, a direct nod to the weathered rock formations at Kolymbithres beach nearby. Rooms are pared back and generous rather than showy, with several categories offering private pools, and the whole property is deliberately quiet in a way that contrasts with Naoussa's busier waterfront.
There is a spa with a hammam and treatment rooms, a restaurant working through Cycladic ingredients, and a beach arrangement for guests who want sand. Paros has become one of the busiest islands in the Cyclades in recent summers, and part of what you are buying here is distance from that, with Naoussa's restaurants and harbour close enough to visit on your own terms.
