Fairmont Royal Pavilion
Every room facing the sea along a long sweep of Platinum Coast beach

The Fairmont Royal Pavilion is built as a low, coral-pink terrace running the length of its beach, which means the sea is the view from essentially every room. That simple piece of planning is the hotel's defining feature and the reason it retains a loyal following.
Rooms open directly onto a walkway a few metres above the sand, with a handful of suites in a separate villa. The tone is adult and unhurried, with an emphasis on the beach, the pool terrace and the long lunches at Palm Terrace.
It sits on a quiet stretch north of Holetown, close enough to reach restaurants and the Limegrove shops but far enough to stay peaceful. Watersports, snorkelling over the offshore reef and turtle swims are all arranged from the beach.
