Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas
Thirty villas, one private beach, and a butler who never quite leaves

Thirty villas share a private stretch of Anse Louis on the southwest coast of Mahe, set back into granite outcrops and dense greenery so that each one is invisible from its neighbours. The format is deliberately small and residential rather than hotel-like, with no public beach access and a low guest count year round.
The defining feature is the service model: every villa has a dedicated host available around the clock, and much of the dining can happen wherever the guest wants it - on the villa deck, on the sand, at the restaurant - without the usual logistical fuss. It suits people who want privacy more than facilities.
The property was previously known as Maia Luxury Resort & Spa and was rebranded under Anantara, which brought some refurbishment but left the essential character intact. It is around a 20-minute drive from the international airport, making it one of the easier Seychelles luxury properties to reach.
