98 Acres Resort & Spa
Tea-estate chalets looking straight down the Ella Gap to the southern plains

Built from reclaimed railway sleepers and estate stone across ninety-eight acres of working tea, this hill country retreat is arranged so that almost every chalet looks out over the plantation towards Ella Rock and the gap beyond. Mist rolls in and out of the valley through the afternoon.
The infinity pool is the signature, set at the lip of the slope, and the spa uses tea-based treatments drawn from the estate. Food is largely Sri Lankan, with a long rice-and-curry spread at dinner.
Little Adam's Peak is a short walk from the gate, the Nine Arch Bridge is roughly ten minutes away, and Ella's small town centre with its cafes and the railway station is a five-minute drive.
