A Jacobean-revival hall given over almost entirely to the spa

Hoar Cross Hall is a substantial Victorian house in the Jacobean revival style, sitting in its own parkland between Lichfield and Uttoxeter. Where other country houses added a spa, Hoar Cross essentially rebuilt itself around one, and the scale of the wellness offering is what most guests come for.
Facilities include indoor and outdoor water, thermal and heat experiences, a long treatment menu and extensive relaxation spaces, alongside bedrooms in the historic hall and in newer accommodation in the grounds. Dining runs from spa-light to full restaurant service.
The setting is gentle Staffordshire countryside rather than dramatic upland, with Cannock Chase to the south west and the southern edge of the Peak District within reach to the north.
